Returns

Considering the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on fulfilled orders. However, a revision process is in place for necessary changes to meet quality standards and ensure compliance with provided requirements, such as editing and proofreading services.
Suppose a fulfilled product does not meet the specified requirements at the time of order placement. In that case, we will conduct an internal review and either revise or recreate the content at no additional cost.

Revisions

Each package has its revision policy, as described in the service description. Depending on the chosen package, revisions are offered within 5 to 10 days after the order status changes to "Waiting for Customer Approval" in our Order Management Platform.

Revisions can be requested once the order is presented for review and the status is updated to "Waiting for Customer Approval." Customers can request revisions by contacting their assigned Project Manager via email, ensuring that the original requirements have been met.

Customers are welcome to make personal changes to the content they receive before publishing, as the content is delivered in Word format, and they retain the rights to it.
